The Wrexham Open 2017

 

 

The Wrexham Open will be for seniors (13 and over on 1st January 2017) and veterans in all 6 weapons:

Check-in :

• Saturday 10th June:
  Men’s Epee 09:00
  Women’s Epee 09:00

• Sunday 11th June:  
  Men’s Foil 09:30
  Women’s Foil 09:30
  Men’s Sabre 11:30
  Women’s Sabre 11:30

 

Format

We will endeavour to have two rounds of poules followed by a DE with no one eliminated from the poules, but we do reserve the right to change the format in light of size of entry or conditions on the day.

Full BFA membership is required for insurance purposes and will be checked.

 

Access  

The school sports hall is all on one level. There is a ramp entry providing wheel chair access for spectators.

The site will not be open before 08:00am

PARKING  The school has a large car park, which is next to the sports hall. Simply arrive, park, and come in through the main reception area.

 

Food & Drink

We will have available tea, coffee and bottled water. There will be bacon sandwiches, toasties, crisps, biscuits and cakes available too.

You are free to bring your own food and drink. Please ensure to clean up after yourself and do not leave empty bottles on the floor, especially in the sports hall itself.
